Digital
Digital presence, reimagined.
A website is often the first conversation a brand has with its audience. I’ve worked on making that conversation clearer, more meaningful, and more aligned with the brand.
Across different industries and brands, I’ve helped rethink, redesign and reimagine digital experiences — from revamping the Dalmia Cement website and shaping the AllRight Holidays digital experience, to conceptualising annual festival websites from 2017–2022 and bringing five different Serendipity Arts Foundation websites together into one unified digital ecosystem.
The work has never been just about changing how a website looks. It has been about understanding what the brand stands for, what the audience needs, and how the digital experience can bring the two together.
From brand-led redesigns and UX thinking to content architecture, campaign-led experiences and digital storytelling, every website became an opportunity to give the brand a stronger presence online.
Brand → Audience
Rebuilding a Cement Brand
for the Digital Age.
Reimagining Dalmia Cement’s digital presence through a more modern, intuitive, and brand-led website experience.
- The challenge
The existing digital experience needed to evolve with the brand — becoming easier to navigate, more engaging, and better aligned with Dalmia Cement’s changing brand identity.
- The work
I worked across the website experience from wireframing and UX to content structure, brand alignment, and implementation, creating a more intuitive digital journey for customers and stakeholders.
- The outcome
A stronger digital presence designed around clarity, usability and brand consistency, supported by measurable improvements in website traffic, engagement and performance.

Making Travel Feel Like the
Beginning of the Journey.
Creating a digital experience for AllRight Holidays that brings inspiration, discovery and the excitement of travel together.
- The challenge
Travel websites often focus on destinations and packages. The opportunity was to make the digital experience feel more like the start of the journey itself.
- The work
I conceptualised the website experience around discovery, inspiration, and travel storytelling, bringing destinations and experiences together in a way that encouraged people to explore.
- The outcome
A more experience-led digital presence where the website became a window into the possibilities of travel, rather than simply a place to find holiday information.

& explore
Five Years. Five Editions.
One Digital Festival.
Conceptualised and evolved the Serendipity Arts Festival website each year from 2017 to 2022, making each edition a new digital experience.
- The challenge
Every edition of the festival brought a new programme, new artists, new ideas and new audiences. The website needed to evolve with it.
- The work
Across five editions, I worked on conceptualising the annual digital experience, translating the festival’s creative identity into an online platform where audiences could discover programmes, artists, events and experiences.
- The outcome
Five editions became five distinct digital expressions of the festival — while maintaining a recognisable Serendipity Arts identity across the years.

From Five Websites to
One Digital Ecosystem.
Bringing five different Serendipity Arts Foundation websites together into one connected, intuitive and unified digital destination.
- The challenge
Five separate digital properties created a fragmented experience for audiences navigating the wider Serendipity Arts ecosystem.
- The work
I worked on bringing the different digital properties together — thinking through content, navigation, information architecture, and brand consistency to create a more connected experience.
- The outcome
A unified digital destination that made it easier for audiences to understand, explore and engage with the wider Serendipity Arts ecosystem.

Turning a Festival into
a Digital Experience.
Using digital to extend the festival beyond its physical spaces and give audiences a place to discover, explore and engage.
- The challenge
A multi-venue arts festival has an enormous amount of content — performances, exhibitions, artists, talks and experiences — that can easily become overwhelming online.
- The work
I helped shape the digital experience around how audiences discover the festival, making the programme, artists and experiences easier to explore and understand.
- The outcome
A digital platform that worked as both a festival guide and a storytelling space, extending the audience experience beyond the physical festival.

Building a Digital Home
for a Growing Brand.
Creating a digital space that could bring a brand’s story, work and identity together under one experience.
- The challenge
As brands grow, their digital presence can become a collection of disconnected information rather than one coherent story.
- The work
I approached the website as a brand experience first — looking at how content, navigation, storytelling, and visual identity could work together.
- The outcome
A more cohesive digital presence designed to help audiences understand the brand, explore its work, and move naturally through its story.
